The prospectus for the 2019 event is now available. Have a leisurely read and design your day by choosing the combination of classes and a choral stream that takes your fancy. Previous attendees will know that the choral streams normally require you to learn your part before the day using the teach tracks and music provided after you make your booking. However if you’re short of time or want a different approach, Chris Rowbury’s choral stream of ‘World Songs’ requires no preparation before the day and will be taught entirely by ear during the afternoon. To help you decide which choral stream is for you, here are some samples of this year’s songs:
|Gospel:||The Storm is Passing Over||Mixed Barbershop:||I’m Sitting On Top Of The World|
|Madrigal:||It Was A Lover And His Lass||World Songs:||Hlohonolofatsa
In addition to the choral options, there is also a fest song which everyone will sing together at the beginning and end of the day. This year we have a four part arrangement of Groovin’ on a Sunday Afternoon. When you’ve decided on your choices for the day, it’s time to book your place.
